submitting any form (including plan submissions, contact forms, or project inquiries), you agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use
our services.
2. Services
De-luxe Home provides residential and commercial construction services, including but not limited to
custom home building, renovations, remodeling, project management, and construction consulting in the
Austin, Texas area and surrounding Central Texas communities.
All project estimates, timelines, and proposals provided through our website are preliminary and subject
to change based on site conditions, material availability, and client requirements. Formal contracts
will govern all construction projects.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, project photos,
and software, is the property of De-luxe Home and protected by United States and international copyright
laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior
written consent.
4. User Submissions
When you submit a plan, contact form, or project inquiry, you grant De-luxe Home the right to store,
process, and use that information to respond to your request and provide our services. We do not claim
ownership of your architectural plans or designs, but we may use anonymized project data for portfolio
and marketing purposes with your consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, De-luxe Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total
liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the past 12 months.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold De-luxe Home harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses
arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
